She has worked in the fields of mental health and education for over 2O years. Carolyn received her accreditation as a professional coach through the International Coach Academy and is a member of the International Coach Federation.

Carolyn is a Reiki practitioner and was trained as a SoulCollage® Facilitator by Seena Frost, psychotherapist and creator of the SoulCollage process for groups and individuals. Carolyn has been facilitating SoulCollage workshops since 2006.
Carolyn's years of experience working with people has given her a deep and abiding compassion for others. This compassion, along with her belief that every person carries within them a deep reservoir of incredible wisdom, are values she brings to her workshops and coaching practice and that continue to enrich and guide her own life.
